What the Slack connection can see
SLSBMB Sender posts the updates you choose. It does not read your Slack conversations.

This page explains the Slack integration's technical data handling. The SLSBMB Privacy Notice, Data Processing Terms and Terms of Service also apply.
What is collected and why
When you connect Slack, SLSBMB receives a webhook URL for the channel you selected, together with its channel name and Slack workspace name. We link these to your SLSBMB account and workspace so that only your account can manage the connection.
We store the webhook credential encrypted, your notification preferences, and delivery records. Preferences decide which events and digest figures are sent and when. Delivery records let us show pending, failed or unconfirmed sends and avoid duplicate queue entries.
The integration requests Slack's incoming-webhook permission. It does not request access to message history, channel membership lists or direct messages. Slack conversations are not read by this integration or used by it to train AI models.
What goes into Slack
An alert contains the selected event, its workspace context and a link back to SLSBMB. A digest contains the workspace figures you selected for the previous complete day or week.
Email previews are off by default. If you enable them, alerts can include the email subject and a short body excerpt, up to 500 characters. Everyone who can read the chosen Slack channel can read these notifications. Access to the full conversation in SLSBMB still requires signing in with permission to that workspace.
Storage and removal
The encrypted connection credential and delivery records remain while the connection exists. Disconnect in SLSBMB deletes that connection's credential and delivery queue and records. It stops future notifications from that connection. Minimal audit records of account actions remain subject to the general Privacy Notice; disconnecting does not delete your original SLSBMB emails or campaigns.
Messages already posted to Slack remain in Slack under that workspace's own retention and access rules. Disconnecting SLSBMB does not erase those Slack messages. You can also remove the app from your Slack workspace to revoke its Slack access.
Your requests
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email a@slsbmb.com. You do not need a separate support account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account data. Rights, legal exceptions and general retention are described in the Privacy Notice.
