SLSBMB uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to operate Blackglass, protect buyer data, preserve audit evidence, and prevent abuse. This page is public-safe and does not disclose internal topology, secrets, provider credentials, host paths, or operational runbooks.
Buyer Responsibilities
Do not submit secrets, private credentials, private customer lists, sensitive personal data, or regulated data unless SLSBMB has explicitly approved that scope in writing. Keep Client Hub login, invoice, and receipt links under your control and notify SLSBMB if a link may have been exposed.
Incidents
Security concerns may be sent to a@slsbmb.com. Include a concise description and enough context to reproduce the issue without exposing unrelated data.
