SLSBMB uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to operate Blackglass, protect buyer data, preserve audit evidence, and prevent abuse. This page is public-safe and does not disclose internal topology, secrets, provider credentials, host paths, or operational runbooks.
Buyer Responsibilities
Keep authentication credentials and provider secrets out of interview messages; use the product's credential controls where a connected service requires them. Submit business, customer, and personal data only when you are authorized to provide and use it. Keep Client Hub login, invoice, and receipt links under your control and notify SLSBMB if a link may have been exposed.
Incidents
Security concerns may be sent to a@slsbmb.com. Include a concise description and enough context to reproduce the issue without exposing unrelated data.
