Refund, Cancellation, and Suspension Policy
General Rule
Payments to SLSBMB are final, one-way, and non-refundable once paid, authorized, captured, or settled. This is a business-only service with digital, research, operational, provider, and labor costs that may start immediately after checkout or receipt confirmation.
Required Corrections
SLSBMB will make required corrections where mandatory applicable law, payment-network or provider rules, duplicate charge, wrong amount or currency, unauthorized or fraudulent payment, SLSBMB cancellation before material work starts, or confirmed non-delivery or technical failure requires correction. Corrections may be implemented as invoice correction, service correction, credit, manual settlement, chargeback response, or refund where legally or provider-required.
Product-Specific Rules
- AI Market Scan is non-refundable once payment is confirmed or work starts.
- Contact Pack and downloaded digital contact exports are non-refundable after delivery except for required corrections.
- Standalone Contact Search is settled by unique found verified emails. No found verified emails means no final found-email charge. Partial results settle to the found-count amount through invoice correction or provider-required adjustment.
- Sending Engine fees are non-refundable for periods, onboarding, provisioning, infrastructure, operator work, or managed service already started. Future recurring periods may be cancelled only under the billing-cycle terms SLSBMB confirms in writing.
Crypto
Crypto payments are not reversible card charges. Crypto refunds or settlement adjustments, if required, are manual, may be net of provider, network, spread, exchange, and compliance costs, and may require wallet, identity, or compliance checks. SLSBMB does not treat a non-terminal or amount-mismatched crypto status as payment truth.
Suspension and Refusal
SLSBMB may suspend, refuse, or cancel work for breach, prohibited use, misrepresentation, unsafe instructions, provider risk, legal risk, sender reputation risk, sanctions risk, payment risk, or operational risk. Amounts already paid remain final and non-refundable except for required corrections.
