Terms of Service
Parties
Blackglass is operated by SLSBMB Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. These terms apply only to business purchases. You represent that you buy for a business, have authority to bind that business, and are not buying as a consumer.
Orders and Acceptance
A Blackglass order is accepted when the Client Hub commerce, invoice, or written order flow records the required legal acknowledgements, the current document versions, the buyer company, the buyer email, the order reference, and the related invoice or payment artifact. SLSBMB may reject, pause, cancel, review, or refuse an order or delivery for legal, provider, payment, sender reputation, capacity, sanctions, prohibited-use, abuse, or operational risk reasons.
Products
Blackglass offers AI Market Scan, Contact Pack, Sending Engine, Client Hub-connected delivery paths, and standalone Contact Search for buyers who only need verified emails. Purchase grants Sender workspace access only when the purchased product explicitly includes that path. After exact payment, SLSBMB may automatically perform the bounded onboarding and provisioning included in that order; live sending still waits for the readiness and safety gates described below.
Contact Intelligence
Contact Intelligence and standalone Contact Search are AI-assisted business research, matching, normalization, verification, enrichment, packaging, and export services. SLSBMB does not sell an exclusive hidden private database. Results may be generated, matched, inferred, or enriched from public web signals, buyer criteria, customer context, and vetted search or enrichment providers.
Results may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, inaccurate, suppressed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended campaign. You must review fitness, accuracy, recipient relevance, and lawful use before acting.
Buyer Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether and how exported contacts, AI Market Scan outputs, campaign copy, and outreach are lawful in every applicable jurisdiction. Unless SLSBMB has explicitly accepted a managed Sending Engine role for the specific workspace and scope, you remain responsible for lawful basis, notices, consents where required, opt-outs, objections, suppression, unsubscribe handling, do-not-contact checks, recipient-list suitability, campaign claims, and direct-marketing obligations.
You must not use Blackglass for consumer marketing, sensitive personal-data targeting, spam, harassment, deceptive identity, unlawful products or services, sanctions or export control evasion, unlawful discrimination, regulated eligibility decisions, or any purpose outside the approved B2B business-research scope. SLSBMB does not pre-approve a buyer's industry category through the intake model; you remain responsible for making sure the specific campaign purpose, audience, claims, data, and outbound use are lawful.
AI Outputs
AI outputs, search parses, market scans, focused searches, match scores, suggested segments, and campaign ideas are informational business-research and market-intelligence outputs. They are not legal, compliance, tax, financial, investment, immigration, employment, data-protection, deliverability, or other professional advice.
Payments
Orders may be paid by card through Airwallex hosted links, bank wire through configured SLSBMB issuer details, and crypto through NOWPayments hosted invoices, shown in the relevant Client Hub commerce, invoice, or support flow. No custom card capture is offered. Provider return pages and redirects are not payment truth; fulfillment waits for exact provider webhook/IPN evidence or reconciled bank receipt evidence.
Payments to SLSBMB are final, one-way, and non-refundable once paid, authorized, captured, or settled, except where mandatory law, payment-network or provider rules, duplicate charge, wrong amount or currency, unauthorized or fraudulent payment, SLSBMB cancellation before material work starts, or confirmed non-delivery or technical failure requires correction.
Contact Search is priced by unique found verified emails. A ceiling invoice authorizes the requested search cap; final settlement is based on the found-count amount. No found verified emails means no final found-email charge. Partial results settle to the found-count amount through invoice correction or provider-required adjustment.
Operational and Safety Gates
Exact payment authorizes the bounded sender provisioning, provider spend, and DNS/domain/mailbox mutations included in a Sending Engine order without a second routine operator approval. Payment does not itself authorize live sending: capacity admission, successful provisioning, mailbox warmup, sender identity, campaign copy and audience approval, compliance, suppression, and launch-safety gates must still pass. SLSBMB may pause or block work for a concrete legal, provider, funding, capacity, abuse, or safety reason and may require missing buyer input before that blocked work can continue.
Disclaimers and Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLSBMB provides Blackglass services and outputs as-is and as-available and does not guarantee replies, deliverability, meetings, revenue, accuracy, data completeness, merchant approval, payment availability, campaign compliance, or fitness for a particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLSBMB excludes indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, and punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, lost data, replacement services, failed campaigns, provider outages, recipient complaints, deliverability problems, and buyer compliance failures. SLSBMB's aggregate liability for a claim is capped at the amount paid for the specific order or invoice giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid, except for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify SLSBMB against claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from buyer-provided data, buyer campaign content or claims, exported-contact use, unlawful outreach, recipient complaints, suppression failures, policy-breaching use, or breach of the accepted policies.
Law and Changes
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. SLSBMB may update this document for future orders. The version recorded at order acceptance governs the related order unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
