Data Processing Terms

Version: blackglass-legal-effective-2026-06-26-hk
Effective date: 26 June 2026

Scope

These terms apply when SLSBMB processes personal data for a business buyer in connection with Blackglass. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

Roles

The buyer is responsible for buyer-provided instructions, campaign purposes, recipient targeting, lawful basis, notices, consent where required, opt-out and suppression rules, and the legality of using exported contacts. SLSBMB may process data to deliver requested services and may also act as an independent controller for billing, audit, legal acceptance, security, abuse prevention, platform safety, provider-spend controls, suppression evidence, and deliverability protection.

Processing

SLSBMB may collect, structure, store, search, match, infer, enrich, verify, suppress, package, export, analyze, and delete data as needed to provide Blackglass, operate Client Hub commerce, reconcile payments, and maintain audit evidence.

Subprocessors

SLSBMB may use subprocessors and providers listed in the Subprocessors and Providers page or otherwise shown in the relevant product flow. SLSBMB remains responsible for selecting providers appropriate to the service and maintaining commercially reasonable contractual and operational controls.

Security and Requests

SLSBMB uses reasonable technical and organizational measures for the service. The buyer must not submit secrets, private customer lists, sensitive personal data, or prohibited categories unless SLSBMB has explicitly approved that scope in writing. Privacy or data requests may be sent to a@slsbmb.com.

Deletion and Return

On request, SLSBMB will delete or return buyer-controlled personal data where technically feasible and legally appropriate. SLSBMB may retain business records, audit logs, legal acceptance records, payment records, security evidence, suppression evidence, and dispute records where required or permitted.
