What The Service Provides
Contact Pack and standalone Contact Search provide business-contact research, matching, normalization, verification, enrichment, suppression marking, packaging, export, and purchase history. SLSBMB does not promise exclusive or hidden private data.
Search and Verification
Searches may use public web signals, buyer criteria, customer context, and vetted search or enrichment providers. Preview rows may be masked. Paid reveal is limited to unique found verified emails that pass the relevant product checks.
No Final Found-Email Charge When None Are Found
Standalone Contact Search is priced per unique found verified email. A ceiling invoice authorizes the requested cap. If no verified emails are found, there is no final found-email charge. Partial results settle to the found-count amount through invoice correction or provider-required adjustment.
Suppression
SLSBMB may suppress contacts or exclude data for opt-out, objection, quality, source, relevance, abuse, provider, deliverability, or legal-risk reasons. The buyer must honor suppression and do-not-contact obligations after export.
Buyer Use
The buyer must review exported contacts before use and remains responsible for lawful campaign purpose, notices, consent where required, unsubscribe handling, suppression, and recipient relevance unless SLSBMB has explicitly accepted a managed Sending Engine role for the specific workspace and scope.
