The first 90 days, step by step
Cold email has physics: new inboxes must warm up, sending has to ramp, and people answer on their own schedule. Here is what happens, when, and what you do at each step.

Before you pay: the free interview
You give us your website and talk to PROXY for about ten minutes. It writes your business brief — goal, offer and who to reach — and you approve and edit it. Nothing is charged.
Day 0: the playbook
Buy the AI Outreach Playbook and specialist AI agents get to work: a researcher reads your site and 50–80+ public sources, a copywriter writes an opener and four follow-ups for every audience, and a targeting stage turns each audience into company and role searches. It takes a couple of hours. Your part: read it. You can keep it and use it anywhere, or have us run it.
Day 0: the Sending Engine starts at payment
When you buy the Sending Engine, billing starts at payment and the work starts the same day: sending domains are registered, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and their inboxes created. There is no setup fee; the first month's budget pays for this infrastructure and its warmup.
Days 1–21: warmup
Every new inbox warms for about 21 days from the moment it exists, building a normal sending history before any cold email. Contacts for your campaigns are found and verified from the playbook's searches. Your part: nothing required. Your SLSBMB AI workspace shows the state of everything.
Around day 22: first campaign emails
When the full set of inboxes is connected and stable and every launch check is clear, the first campaign emails go out. Day 22 is the earliest planning point, not a promise: if a check is not clear, sending waits until it is.
After day 22: ramp-up
Daily volume grows step by step toward full capacity — at most 15 campaign emails per inbox per sending day — so the first month sends fewer emails than a full month. Each new person gets the opener, then up to four follow-ups. Every reply is read: auto-replies, bounces and unsubscribes are filtered, and interested people land in your SLSBMB AI inbox and CRM. Your part: answer the warm replies.
From month three: replies at full level
Replies build over time. Some people answer within days, many only after a follow-up, some weeks later. For planning we assume about 2% of campaign emails get a reply at full capacity — around 72 replies a month at the $800 entry — and plan on that level from the start of month three. It is an assumption, not a promise; your offer, market and timing decide the real number.
Every month after
Each Sending Engine month runs from your payment date and renews only if you agreed to keep your card for renewals. You can change the budget along the public ladder or turn renewals off in SLSBMB AI Billing; the paid month always runs to its end.
Frequently asked questions
How long until I get replies from cold email?
The first campaign emails go out around day 22, after the inboxes warm up. Replies start soon after, but many people answer only to a follow-up or weeks later, so plan on full reply levels from the start of month three.
Why not start sending on day one?
New inboxes that send cold email immediately land in spam. About 21 days of warmup is what lets the first campaigns reach the inbox.
What do I need to do during the campaign?
Approve your brief, read your playbook, and answer the people who reply with interest. SLSBMB runs the infrastructure, contacts, sending and reply sorting.
