The real difference: who does the work

Apollo is a database with sequences built in, and it works as well as the person running it every day. That person decides which companies and titles to target, writes the sequences, sets up sending domains and warms them, watches deliverability, and reads the replies. Apollo's AI Context Center asks that person to describe the business, the offer, the ideal customer and the competitors first.

SLSBMB AI asks for none of that. You talk to PROXY, our AI interviewer, at your own pace; it draws that knowledge out of you, and specialist AI agents then research your market and deliver the AI Outreach Playbook — who to reach, why them, how many there are, and every email. AI Contacts finds and verifies the business emails, and the Sending Engine runs the campaigns from infrastructure we operate.

Search works differently too. Filters on technology or revenue look precise, but in contact databases those fields are often empty or outdated, and a filter silently drops good buyers whose field is blank. Our playbooks search by what a company does and by the person's role, across thousands of company-type and job-title combinations per playbook (31,847 for Revopush), and the email explains who the offer is for. In a snapshot of our own sending on 27 October 2026, about 1.7% of unique addresses bounced as invalid.

What changes when the work is done for you

  • Nobody on your team has to build lists, write sequences or manage deliverability.
  • You know who to reach and why before anything is sent. The research is the product, and you can read every audience and email first.
  • Your own domain stays out of cold email.
  • One monthly budget covers domains, inboxes, warmup, contacts, sending and reply reading.

If you already use Apollo

The playbook and the contacts you buy from SLSBMB are yours to export into Apollo or any other tool, so your team keeps its CRM and workflow. SLSBMB finds business emails only, not phone numbers. To compare the two, run both on one offer and the same markets for three months and count targeted replies and the full cost, including your team's time; see choosing an outbound provider.

Frequently asked questions

Is SLSBMB AI an Apollo alternative?

Yes, for teams that want outbound done for them. Apollo is a database and a sequencer your team operates; SLSBMB AI delivers the research, the emails, the verified contacts, the warmed infrastructure and the sorted replies.

Does SLSBMB AI have a contact database?

AI Contacts searches more than 536 million professionals at more than 105 million companies by meaning: you describe the companies and roles in one sentence. The search and a sample of ten matches are free; verified business emails cost $0.10 each, charged only for deliverable addresses actually found. It returns business emails only, no phone numbers.

Can SLSBMB AI send from my own domain?

No. Campaigns go out from separate domains and inboxes SLSBMB registers, authenticates and warms for about 21 days, so cold email never puts your main domain's reputation at risk.

How much does SLSBMB AI cost compared with Apollo?

Apollo's paid plans start around $49 per user a month, and you supply the time, the copy and the sending setup. SLSBMB charges $500 once for the researched playbook and from $800 a month for a Sending Engine that includes 2 domains, 8 inboxes, 120 campaign emails a day and the contacts.
