Provider Categories
- Infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, logging, monitoring, and email delivery.
- Payment rails, including Airwallex, NOWPayments, bank transfer, and reconciliation providers used for invoices, receipts, hosted links, IPNs, webhooks, disputes, and corrections.
- AI, search, enrichment, verification, and public-web research providers used to prepare market scans, contact previews, verified-email reveals, and contact packs.
- Support, notification, and operator workflow tooling used to operate buyer requests.
Controls
SLSBMB selects providers for the service scope, limits buyer-facing exposure of raw provider payloads, and requires payment and fulfillment truth to reconcile through invoice, order reference, amount, currency, and terminal provider or bank evidence.
Changes
SLSBMB may change providers as needed to operate Blackglass, improve reliability, reduce abuse, comply with law, or satisfy payment/provider requirements. Material changes that affect an active buyer workflow will be handled through the relevant order, invoice, support, or Client Hub channel.
