Outbound Compliance Policy
Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for the legality of buyer-provided campaign purposes, targeting, claims, audience choices, contact use, and outbound messages in every applicable jurisdiction. SLSBMB can provide tooling, research, review, suppression, pacing, and managed-operation support, but payment or delivery does not guarantee that a buyer's campaign is lawful everywhere.
Required Practices
- Use accurate sender identity and avoid misleading subject lines, routing, claims, or impersonation.
- Honor unsubscribe, opt-out, objection, suppression, do-not-contact, and do-not-call requirements applicable to the campaign.
- Use consent, no-objection, legitimate-interest, or other lawful basis only where actually available for the buyer, recipient, channel, and jurisdiction.
- Keep campaign claims truthful, substantiated, and appropriate for the product and recipient.
- Review AI-generated copy, contact matches, and audience logic before use.
Managed Sending
For Sending Engine, SLSBMB may require workspace review, Fleet onboarding, warmup, approval gates, suppression checks, domain/provider checks, pacing, and operator launch approval. These gates are part of the purchased managed service and do not disappear after payment.
Refusal
SLSBMB may refuse or stop campaigns that create legal, provider, sender reputation, deliverability, abuse, sanctions, or operational risk. Amounts paid remain subject to the Refund, Cancellation, and Suspension Policy.
