Crypto Payment Terms
Hosted Rail
Blackglass crypto checkout uses NOWPayments hosted invoices or payment links under the SLSBMB payment configuration. The buyer must follow the exact hosted invoice instructions, amount, currency, network, memo, tag, destination, and time window shown by the provider.
Payment Truth
A redirect, browser success screen, pending provider status, underpayment, overpayment, wrong network transfer, missing memo/tag, or amount mismatch is not final payment truth. SLSBMB treats crypto as paid only after exact invoice/order reference, amount, currency, and terminal provider/IPN evidence can be reconciled.
Finality
Crypto payments are final, one-way, and non-refundable once settled, except for required corrections under the Refund, Cancellation, and Suspension Policy. Required corrections are manual and may be net of provider fees, network fees, exchange spread, compliance costs, and any loss caused by buyer error.
Buyer Error
SLSBMB is not responsible for wrong-chain transfers, missing memos or tags, expired invoices, wallet mistakes, network congestion, exchange delays, volatile conversion rates, wallet sanctions/compliance blocks, or transfers that the provider cannot automatically detect or reconcile.
Compliance Checks
SLSBMB or its provider may delay, reject, hold, review, or refuse crypto payments or corrections for sanctions, AML, fraud, abuse, provider, technical, or legal-risk reasons.
