Acceptable Use Policy
Business-Only Scope
Blackglass is for legitimate B2B business research, contact intelligence, market research, and managed outbound operations. It must not be used for consumer marketing or unlawful targeting.
Prohibited Use
- Illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, impersonating, or misleading campaigns.
- Spam, credential theft, malware, phishing, fraud, scams, or evasion of opt-outs, suppression lists, do-not-contact requests, or provider rules.
- Consumer credit, employment, insurance, housing, government-benefit, healthcare, sensitive-category, or other regulated eligibility decisions.
- Campaigns or data use that violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, provider rules, direct-marketing obligations, or recipient rights in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Promotion, facilitation, or sale of illegal goods or services; unlawful discrimination; hate or harassment; or instructions intended to bypass legal, provider, suppression, or recipient safeguards.
- Submission of secrets, private customer lists, sensitive personal data, or data that the buyer is not authorized to use.
Controls
SLSBMB may reject, pause, throttle, review, block, suspend, or cancel work that creates sender reputation, provider, legal, deliverability, abuse, operational, or payment risk. SLSBMB may preserve audit and suppression evidence needed to defend or operate the service.
No Refund For Breach
If work is paused, cancelled, suspended, or refused because of buyer breach, policy-breaching use, misrepresentation, unsafe instructions, or unlawful campaign activity, amounts already paid remain final and non-refundable except where mandatory law or payment-provider rules require a correction.
