## The replies you want to see

SLSBMB AI researches your market, prepares your emails, runs your campaigns and brings the replies into one workspace. SLSBMB Sender for Slack brings selected updates to a channel your team already uses.

- **Interested:** someone wants to hear more.
- **Referrals:** someone points you to the right colleague.
- **Negative replies:** not interested, not now, not relevant, or an unsubscribe request. They have their own red label.
- **Other replies, automatic replies and campaign updates:** turn these on if they are useful to your team.

Reply alerts link back to the conversation in SLSBMB. Your team answers there; this integration does not send email replies from Slack.

## One channel. Your choice of updates.

1. Sign in to SLSBMB and open the workspace you want to follow.
2. In **Settings → Messenger notifications**, choose **Slack → Connect Slack**.
3. In Slack, choose your workspace and channel, then allow the connection.
4. Return to SLSBMB, confirm the channel, choose your updates and click **Save preferences**.
5. Use **Send test** to check the destination.

Each person manages their own connections in each SLSBMB workspace. A message posted to a shared channel can be read by the members of that channel. Choose the channel with that in mind.

## A digest at a time that suits you

Prefer one update to a stream of alerts? Choose a daily or weekly digest, your local time and timezone, and the figures you want: emails sent, reply threads, interested replies, referrals, negative replies and automatic replies. Weekly digests also let you choose a weekday.

Alerts and digests can be used together. Digests start off, and you can pause or disconnect whenever you want.

## A small permission, a clear boundary

The Slack connection only asks for permission to post through a webhook to your chosen channel. It does not read Slack conversations or send messages as you. Email subject and body previews are off unless you enable them.

SLSBMB Sender is operated by SLSBMB Limited. It is an integration with Slack, not a Slack product.
